Cancellation Policy

We understand schedule changes can occur suddenly. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment we request that you give at least 48 hours notice during regular business hours to avoid being charged a cancellation or rescheduling fee. If Freedom Cleaners receives less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation, you will be billed at 100% of your regular cleaning cost. If Freedom Cleaners receives less than 48 hours notice, you will be billed at 50% of your regular cleaning cost. Rescheduling is subject to availability and not a guarantee. There are no penalties or fees for canceling or rescheduling your cleaning appointment outside the 48 hour window. 

If Freedom Cleaners comes to your home for a scheduled cleaning appointment and our staff cannot gain access to your home due to a lockout you will be billed at 100% of your regular cleaning cost.

If severe weather affects the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to reschedule your cleaning appointment. Any cleaning appointments that Freedom Cleaners must change due to weather will be addressed with you immediately and rescheduled for the next available time slot. We cannot be held accountable for cancellations or rescheduling due to weather.
