Freedom Cleaners strives to provide outstanding cleaning services for our clients! In the event you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact Freedom Cleaners within 24 hours so we can make it right! If you have purchased hourly cleaning and the issue is with the limitation of the allotted time and not the quality of the work, we will not be able to clean for additional time without additional compensation. With hourly cleaning we can only guarantee that our staff will work at your home for the number of hours paid and not the number of tasks needing to be completed.
We value your privacy and security. When you provide our company with a key, access code, garage opener or any other method of entry into your home it is kept in a safe and locked location until needed. Any of the above access tools used to enter your home are only given to our employees the morning of your service and are returned to management at the end of the day. We also provide a client job sheet to our employees that entails your name, address and personal cleaning details. Payment is always due on the day of service, (unless we have established a payment system in advance). We accept cash, checks, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and credit cards. Late payments are subject to a $25.00 fee after 5 business days and a 15% interest rate on the owed amount per month until your account is paid in full. Any returned checks will be charged a $35.00 assessment fee. For your convenience we can add a credit card on file to your account should you forget to leave payment at your home the day of your cleaning appointment.
While gratuities are not required they are greatly appreciated! All gratuities are dispersed directly to the team working at your home the day of your cleaning. Freedom Cleaners and its employees thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity!
We love pets and understand they are part of the family. We like to be aware of any four-legged friends living with you. Please crate/kennel or coordinate outside of the home care for your pet if they are not comfortable with cleaners in your home. Any aggressive behavior, such as barking, growling, hissing, chasing or biting which interferes with our employees ability to work will be addressed promptly. In the event we are unable to complete the cleaning service due to aggressive behavior, the homeowner will still be required to pay the full amount due for services. We assume no responsibility for any pets or their messes.
Whether you have had regular cleaning service prior to working with Freedom Cleaners or not your initial or one time cleaning will take longer. This is due to possible build up and extra detail that we implement. This is normal and to be expected.
When booking a first time, one time, move-out, move-in or pre-listing service, with Freedom Cleaners, we require a security deposit. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice after your service is complete. In the event of a cancellation less then 48-hours prior to your service this deposit will be retained.
Freedom Cleaners, LLC. reserves the right to take before and after photos of property being serviced, without the expressed written permission of those who rent, manage or own said property. Freedom Cleaners, LLC. may use the photographs for documentation purposes of services rendered.
